We use GroupWise archiving, can I bring those emails into SilverDane Archive?
SilverDane has an archive importer that will quickly and efficiently bring in all of your existing GroupWise archives into SilverDane Archive.

We have another third party archiving tool but would like to start using SilverDane what can we do with this existing data?
SilverDane have tools that will import the majority of third party archiving solutions data into SilverDane Archive. It highlights this imported data and identifies it as from another third party rather than from GroupWise directly. Some of the GroupWise data that SilverDane would normally display such as GroupWise properties may be unavailable.

Does SilverDane Archive work with Lotus Notes & Microsoft Exchange?
Both Lotus Notes & Microsoft Exchange archive solutions are currently under development. More information including release dates will become available in the next few months.

Can I work with the data in SilverDane Archive?
You are able to print the email or retrieve it to your GroupWise account in order to work with it. SilverDane Archive records all additional information recorded about the message, including any additional properties

Are the GroupWise Properties recorded?
SilverDane Archive records all of the GroupWise properties and updates them as they change.
